DELONG INSTRUMENTS (DI) and DI Industrial are sister companies that were established as Czech private companies in 1994.  They specialize in the manufacture of mid-range and high-tech mechanical components, sub-assemblies, scientific instruments and complex electron optical projects, built to customers' specifications.  This includes the production of components for complete electron microscopes, various vacuum systems and analytical instruments.  The company is equipped for both conventional and CNC machining, heat and surface treatment, as well as mechanical and electrical assembly facilities.  DELONG INSTRUMENTS is the development department, which sources the manufacturing from DI Industrial.  It is comprised mainly of former employees from the Institute of Scientific Instruments and Tesla Brno company (before 1990).  Currently, DELONG INSTRUMENTS has more than 200 employees and completed building a new, 34 thousand sq. f. manufacturing facility, with 7 thousand sq. f. in clean rooms.  More detailed information on their capabilities and services can be found here.
